Villa Hermosa is a full service Senior Independent Living apartment community. Construction is now underway. Villa Hermosa is a joint venture between Opus West and Scottsdale, AZ based RED Group, LLC that will bring 205 independent senior apartment units to Tucson, Arizona.
In addition to being one of only a few projects of its type currently planned for this classic sunbelt retirement market, Villa Hermosa, upon completion in mid-2008, will boast amentities such as a movie theatre, pool, jacuzzi, computer lab, chapel, fitness center, library, lounge and day spa. It also will include daily breakfasts and dinners, weekly housekeeping, a 24-hour staff, concierge, activities corrdinator and scheduled transportation. Villa Hermosa is part of more than 600 total independent living senior apartment units completed or now underway in Arizona by the Opus West/RED Group partnership.
