Opus Landmark at Meridian, is recognized as National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ (NAIOP) Office Development of the Year. This three-phase 312,000-square-foot, design-build-to-suit project for The Capital Group Companies, is a Class-A corporate campus located on 23-acres in Carmel, Ind.
Phase two, a 175,000-square-foot office building includes a five-story glass atrium lobby and a monumental staircase accessing all five levels, and floor plans that maximize window lines, offering abundant, natural light and great views of the surrounding setting. A state of the art, 9,000-square-foot campus kitchen and dinning hall, and 8,000-square-foot outdoor dining area were designed to accommodate the more than 1,200 employees of The Capital Group Companies.
Collaborating on the ten year vision, Opus Architects & Engineers and TVS Design, integrated the site’s natural wetlands’ area with a landscape design that included additional wetland plantings and a constantly-flowing meandering stream, the results are a low-maintenance, zero irrigation system that is one of the site’s important sustainable features.
