Building on the success achieved with the sold-out Park East Tower development, Opus has introduced a new residential concept, Nine North, to St. Louis' Central West End. In contrast to the adjacent Park East Tower, the development will offer a low-rise, 'lofty' style product that includes open floor plans associated with warehouse lofts but with all the benefits of entirely new construction.
With completion scheduled for June 2009, Nine North will consist of 52 loft-style residential condominiums and 6,000 square feet of street-level retail space constructed over a four-level parking structure. The project is a public/private partnership with the City of St. Louis, owner of the development site and for which Opus will construct 180 of the project's 250 parking spaces for the operation of a public parking garage to serve the neighborhood.
Nine North, where 'Your imagination starts here' will feature units with a superior level of finish with high ceilings, generous exterior glass, contemporary finishes, all in the midst of an incredible community adjacent to Forest Park. Units are sized from 820 to 1,600 square feet, with initial price points from $220,000 to $600,000; over 60% of the units have been sold to-date.
