This JCPenny anchored center will consist of junior anchor tenants, pad restaurants, a bank pad, shops, and other useful community services.
The shopping center is located at one of the most dynamic new retail intersections in the East Valley of Metropolitan Phoenix, who's neighboring 1.4 million square feet include tenants such as Super Target, Wal-Mart Super Center, Home Depot, Barnes & Noble, Harkins Theatre and Mervyns.
