Opus Northwest is building the second phase of the Lincoln Commons Retail District at RidgeGate, an award winning, new-urbanist Master Planned community located in Lone Tree, CO. This phase of the Lincoln Commons will add approximately 100,000-square-feet of retail space upon completion in the fall of 2010, with the overall build-out of Lincoln Commons expected to total over 600,000-square-feet of mixed-use development on the 40-acre Retail District.
Currently anchored by a Super Target, this 14-acre site will also house Sprouts Farmers Market as an anchor to the approximately 100,000-square-foot center. The site also provides vehicular access via Lincoln Avenue, a major arterial that connects I-25 to Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree, and currently carries over 40,000 cars per day.
RidgeGate’s West Village, which comprises one square mile at the southwest corner of I-25 and Lincoln Avenue, is projecting to contain 2,500 residential units and 5 million square feet of commercial space at build-out. Currently, RidgeGate contains the Sky Ridge Medical Center, the Lone Tree Recreation Center and over 1,200 residential units.
