The Laguna project has been a huge success for the City of Palmetto by bringing sophistication and upscale residences to their community. The new owners are becoming active in their community through various social organizations and add to the excitement of redeveloping and reshaping their city.
Laguna is a waterfront residential condominium development with five buildings on a deep-water yacht basin on the Manatee River. The Marina will accommodate yachts up to 80 feet.
Residences range from 1,700 Square Feet to 4,007 Square Feet and each building is eight stories and will house 42 units. Parking is provided on the lower level and the penthouses will have private garages.
Construction of the first building began in November 2003 and was completed in December 2004. Building two was completed in December 2005, building three in June 2006 and building four in January 2007.
