General Services Administration (GSA) is located near the intersection of Union Boulevard and Alameda Avenue in Lakewood, Colorado. Amenities include mountain and city views, bike storage, entry plaza, patio, and native Colorado landscaping.
The building is a 121,517 square foot, three-story office building. The design of the facility demonstrates distinction and quality, while the architecture reflects the dignity, enterprise, vigor, and stability of the United States Government. The lobby is an extension of the exterior of the building and point of transition to the interior space. Floor materials include slip resistant stone, or terrazzo, and wall materials include vinyl wall fabric, wood paneling, gypsum board with reveals, and textured acrylic coatings.
The facility shall be certified per the United States Green Building Council for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
