1200 Madison is located at the corner of Madison and Minor Streets in the heart of Seattle's Medical District on "Pill Hill". This area has one of the highest concentrations of medical service organizations in the region employing more than 20,000 people and home to three major hospitals; Swedish, Virginia Mason, and Harborview.
The project will consist of ground floor retail space and 241 high-end apartment units. The residential component will be served by separate and distinct elevator lobbies. Two levels of below grade parking will serve all tenants and guests and will provide direct service to each floor of the building.
