RESPONSIBILITIES

Mr. Menke joined Opus in 1995 and is responsible for all office and multifamily development for the Minneapolis, Denver, and Kansas City offices.

EXPERIENCE

Dave has over 17 years of real estate development and brokerage experience in the Twin Cities. Since joining Opus, Dave has completed over 4 million square feet of build-to-suit and multi-tenant office projects and is currently responsible for the development of two major multifamily projects totaling over 700 units.

Prior to joining Opus, Dave spent eight years as a senior sales associate at Towle Real Estate Company as an office sales and leasing specialist representing both owners and tenants.
