RESPONSIBILITIES

As President of the Holding Companies, Mr. Murnane oversees all operations of the operating companies collectively known as The Opus Group.  These operating companies are:

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Murnane is a 30 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and has developed and leased over 10,000,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.  In his 22 year history with Opus he led some of the firm’s largest developments including the 1.6 million square foot Best Buy Corporate Campus, and Arbor Lakes, a 435 acre master planned mixed use development totaling 2.5 million square feet. 

He joined Opus in 1984 and has been involved in most areas of Opus operations.  He became Senior Vice President in 2001, overseeing all real estate development for an eight state region and a development staff of 22 people.  Mr. Murnane was named President of Opus Holding, Inc. and Opus Holding, L.L.C. in June of 2010.
