RESPONSIBILITIES
Tom Hoben serves as vice president and general counsel of Opus Holding and subsidiary companies. In this capacity, he provides assistance, guidance and advice to Opus personnel and oversees the work of outside law firms with respect to matters dealing with real estate development, construction, architecture, finance, asset management, litigation and general corporate matters.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Opus, Hoben was a partner with Rider, Bennett, Egan & Arundel, LLP, where he practiced commercial real estate and business law as a member of the real estate practice group. Previous to that Hoben was vice president of a family-held commercial and residential real estate development company, where he was involved in all aspects of development, leasing, construction and property management.

QUALIFICATIONS
