RESPONSIBILITIES
John Solberg is president and chief executive officer of Opus Northwest, L.L.C. His responsibilities include real estate development, construction, design and property management activities for Opus Northwest’s offices located in Minneapolis, Kansas City, St. Louis, Denver, Seattle and Portland, as well as additional activities throughout the midwest and northwest portions of the United States.
EXPERIENCE
John joined Opus in 1997 as vice president and general manager of the company’s Seattle and Portland operations. He moved to Opus’ Minneapolis headquarters in April 1999, assuming the responsibilities of president and chief operating officer of Opus Northwest, and was promoted to president and chief executive officer in December 2000.
Prior to joining Opus, John was vice president of Intracorp Real Estate, located in Seattle and director of national acquisitions and development for Betawest Properties in Denver.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota and a Master of Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University.
