RESPONSIBILITIES
Deckas is responsible for organizing and managing the company’s capital market activities, including property acquisitions, dispositions, finance and investments. He is also responsible for supervising new product development, including the formation and management of real estate investment funds organized by Opus and offered to outside investors.
