Opus North Corporation, today named Grady Hamilton as vice president and general manager of the Chicago office. Opus North is a full-service design-build development firm serving the north central portion of the United States from its headquarters in Chicago.
In this role, Hamilton is responsible for pursuing commercial real estate development and investment opportunities and also for leading the development operations.

Hamilton, 35 years old, joined Opus North in 2005, and has since completed development of more than 650,000-square-feet of Class A office space, including the NAIOP Award-winning Opus Landmark of Lake Forest II and Highland Landmark V. Previously, Hamilton served as Development Manager with the Lander Group, an urban design and development company in Minneapolis, where he was responsible for managing the development of more than 300 housing units in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Des Moines. Prior to joining the Lander Group, Mr. Hamilton spent five years in the commercial real estate industry with Cresa Partners and Otis Elevator Company. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
