EXPERIENCE
Mr. Gschneidner joined Opus Architects & Engineers in 1993 and has over 20 years of experience as an architect. His project experience includes institutional facilities, high-rise office and residential buildings, retail buildings and laboratory facilities.
Mr. Gschneidner’s recent project experience includes leading the design teams on the 40-story Carlyle and 27-story Grant Park condominium project in downtown Minneapolis where his expertise in managing large, complex projects was critical. Raynor Library; University of St. Thomas School of Law; University of St. Thomas Science & Engineering Center; Collier Center – a mixed use office, retail, and hotel development; and the California Department of Justice building in Sacramento, California.
