Opus provides a full range of financing, leasing and sales services. Opus Properties also provides asset management services for the Opus Group, which includes both internally held properties and those properties held by investor funds created by Opus. The primary function of our asset management group is to enhance the economic value of owned properties through sound asset planning and solid execution of these plans. The asset management group leverages the capabilities of the Opus Group to implement these plans including property management, leasing, development, construction and risk management.

The portfolio of owned properties includes Opus-developed and constructed office, industrial and retail properties located throughout the 28 offices of the Opus Group. This portfolio includes assets that are or were held by the seven Opus Funds, which were first started in 1998.
