Opus has been developing institutional facilities across the U.S. for more than 50 years. From K-12 schools to churches, libraries and athletic facilities, Opus has worked with community leaders to develop highly functional, cost-effective buildings that enhance and support their communities.

Since its inception in 1953, Opus has completed 398 institutional projects totaling more than 18 million square feet.

Sited in the central corridor of the campus of Marquette University, this classroom, office, laboratory and research facility is the hub for the College of Engineering.
St. Hubert Catholic Community
This facility is located in Chanhassen, Minn. It consists of a complete master-planned campus for a growing congregation as part of a larger 'new urban' development, which includes housing, retail and restaurants.
Immanuel Baptist Church
Located in Santa Rosa County, this church accommodates a congregation of approximately 1800 people. The 30,000-square-foot building is 50 feet in height and features sound reflector panels at the ceilings and walls.
