	Energy Crossing I and II Energy Crossing I & II is a master planned, two building 475,000 SF office development located at the southwest intersection of the I-10 Katy Freeway and Highway 6 North.
	Arizona Dept. Of Environmental Quality Opus was selected as the winning entry in a design/build/privatized lease-to-own competition conducted by the State of Arizona in 2000.
	University Corporate Center III University Corporate Center Three is located within The Quadrangle, a 137-acre office park in East Orlando adjacent to the University of Central Florida. This development sits on 6.25-acres with a spectacular view of Lake Jane.
	Excelsior Crossings Excelsior Crossings, a three-phase, three building complex, will encompasses approximately 700,000 square feet of Class A office space, and includes plans for a retail outlot building near the site entrance.
	100 M SE 100 M Street is a 12-story, Class A office building with ground floor retail space located in the Capitol Riverfront District in Southeast Washington, DC.
