To further enhance its ability to provide fast answers and results, the Opus Property Services introduced ServiceNet in 2006, an online tool that fully integrates and streamlines the property management process by allowing tenants to send work orders directly to the mobile phone or Blackberry device of a property management contact. In addition, each tenant has a password-protected, customized Web page that can include property-specific newsletters, project updates and announcements.
Opus Property Services is also a leader in utilizing a wide variety of sustainable property management practices. Opus property managers have considerable knowledge in sustainability and are committed to minimizing the impact of buildings on the environment, maximizing the building's operational performance, and achieving long-term cost savings for our clients.
